Both enquiries and bookings are dealt with by our experienced team at Holiday Rent Bulgaria. Once a booking is confirmed, payment is made direct to Holiday Rent Bulgaria. We make arrangements for cleaning and laundry for your property to ensure guests receive the highest level of service possible. Payment is then sent to you, the owner, less a 10% administrative fee and cleaning & laundering costs.
